    Terrible! My first month water was delievered without issue. I set recurring deliveries. Before the second delivery I ran out of water so I placed a one-time order and skipped this month's delivery becauese I also didn't want 3x the amount of necessary water on hand (i.e., I have 3 cases of Saratoga Spring 12-pack glass bottles 28 fl oz. - 1 case is sparkling and 2 cases still water). The standalone order was 4 cases, 2 cases of each still and sparkling. I skipped the 3 cases that were to be delievered as scheduled the following week. So NEITHER DELIVERY CAME! Not the one I wanted or the one I skipped. When I emailed customer service they initally replied and focused on the order that was skipped and never acnowledged the standalone order. Then they emailed me back the second day stating that it had been delivered and attached a blurry obscured photo to the email. I could not identify the enviornment of the "alleged delivery." And also I didn't receive a delivery conformation email and no one at the downstairs front desk (24-hour concierge) called me at the time of the delivery. My apartment management also went the extra mile and reviewied surveillance footage from yesterday 10/23/2025 to confirm that no delivery of the sort was made to the front desk. I am currently without any water and I've had to call the 800# TWICE TO GET THEM TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. The automated system does not identify numbers on the account, phone number or manually entered account number. The prompts are weird and you have to speak to 2-3 people before you get to the retention department. All of the calls are outsourced to countries in Asia where the reps don't understand you and are reading from a script. I HATE THIS SO MUCH!!!!!!! It is impossible to close your account or stop recurring deliveries online so you have to call. Emailing customer service just stalls you and prolongs the process. I feel like this is a very predatory and fradulent practice. I won't be purchasing anymore Saratoga Spring water or any other brand that Primo owns and distributes. I'm switching to Mountain Valley for my sparkling and still water needs.

    Disgusting. No one follows rules. Water cases left outside despite strong instructions. Why does this exist?

    I am a consumer of Zephirhills water since 2018. and I really enjoyed every sip of it. Since Primo too over, everything changed, the water became UNDRINCABLE. Last month I sent back a 5 gal bottle for tasking like pond/fish/sewer having tissue like thinks floating in the water. With the next delivery I got all bottles tastink like sewer water, totally disgusting. At this point I am canceling all deliveries. I might send some samples to the Dept of Agriculture and Health Department. Paying top $$ for water that tastes worst then the county water... Shame on the new owners for destroying the Zephyrhills brand.

    Very disappointed with the call to customer service. All I want to do is update my credit card. I tried to do this online, but just kept getting a message stating I need to enter a valid card number. I gave up the online approach and called customer service thinking it would be an easy transition, but of course, it wasn't. Too bad, I'll be looking into another service. The deliveries were always good, but there is a limit to my patience in trying to go through your customer sercice to do something that SHOULD NOT be difficult. I'll try again another day to get the last invoice paid...

    Terrible. On a "delivery every three month plan" but they bring it and charge me every 6 weeks. They tell me they will send a rext before a delivery. Never happens- so I have no idea when they are coming and have a bunch of empties piling up. Theyre good at apologizing, though.
