  I have a standing appt every week. I've been fortunate enough to have Hal every time. He has been someone I trust completely. He is always on time and makes my appt time go so smoothly. I look forward to my future using Prime and Hal. Thanks Hal your the best!!

  I’m a Dialisis patient in the Oxford area coming from Worcester, Massachusetts and every trip that I use with this company was Late at one time they forgot to even schedule me for pick up so I had to stay in the Dialysis waiting room for close to One hour it’s not a good company and it don’t seem professional when It comes to their clients. It seems that they’re trying to fit as many customers as possible in a small time frame causing back ups.

  Hal at Prime Transport Hi Hal, You transported our elderly mother from her rehab center to & from a family wedding Saturday night. For you, it might have been just another work night. For us, it meant our mom/grandmother/aunt/sister/cousin got to see her niece get married. This was a monumental occasion with my brother and his family traveling in from Texas. Our son, another grandchild, travelled in from Colorado. Due to illness, my mother missed his graduation in May from college in Colorado (where he is staying to work & live) so this was the first time she’s seen him all year. Our father died a few years ago and being surrounded by her brood was quite special. Our mom is the eldest of 8 kids and is very close to her family. Not only did she have her kids and grandkids around her, she also had her sisters & brothers & their families with her. Hal, thank you for the safe and timely delivery of our mom. Your calm professionalism and dedication were truly appreciated and played a vital role in making the night special. You knew exactly where to drop off/pick up amongst the chaos of a wedding. You were responsive to our calls. Your instructions on how to wheel our mom were SPOT ON. We are so grateful for the hard work you do. You are the hero of the night! Thank you for the sacrifice you made to be away from home on a Saturday night. Our mom was frightened to leave the rehab. You made her feel secure and well cared for. You have our deepest gratitude for your patience- she is a chatterbox and you were cool as a cucumber. Your friendly smile and warm greetings were the toppings on the cake.   I have been transported to my medical appointments by Prime for many years. All the drivers are professional and caring and do a spectacular job at dealing with each client as an individual who matters and is deserving of the utmost professional encounter possible. My kudos to Pat for hiring the best of the best.
