The staff is very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is relaxing, with nice music in the background. I also loved the cranberry-infused water they have at the entrance — it’s so refreshing and delicious!

My experience at Prime IV was amazing the friendly caring staff that made me feel relaxed. I did the Champion drip Nurse Wendy and Halie were both knowledgeable they guided me in choosing what was best for me. They have the most comfortable massage chairs that makes the drip go by fast. When I left I felt so relaxed, hydrated, and full of energy!! I signed up for a membership, I definitely recommend Prime IV to everyone!!

I had an amazing experience at Prime IV Addison! Mandy was my nurse, and she got my IV on the first try even though I’m a really hard stick. She was so knowledgeable and made my stay there beautiful. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Poonam, who was such a kind and sweet soul. Thank you both for making my one hour getaway feel like a mini vacation! They even followed up with a call the next day such great care!
