  We are very disappointed in our service. My buyers are very dissatisfied. Our closer Collin seemed annoyed with my clients. My clients even stated that. Jennifer the processor was annoyed that I called so many times asking questions ( took them 2-3weeks to call me back).. but when I said I was going to leave a review she was really nice. The manager Ann was very nice on the phone but I reached out to her three times and after me stating to Jennifer that I was going to leave a review they finally answered my call. They didn’t verify my buyers address and got it wrong now they want us to fix it when they didn’t do their due diligence. We asked for a service that we did not receive. They sent the list agent my commitment documents primary never sent me my commitment documents and then stated to me that they sent them to me at a certain time but never did. Primary title is very rude unprofessional and I would advise everyone I know not to use them. It’s very sad and disappointing. My husband and I refinanced our house and actually used primary title just not in Farmington Hills we used their other location. On our deal they even messed up our paperwork and now we have to go down town. You did not fix the problem yet. And no one has contacted anyone back.. my clients need their address fixed. They shouldn’t have to deal with the problem you guys caused. Paul & Jessica Henning
