- EBEmily Burke4 days ago5.0Our server (the manager/owner?) was so sweet! He greeted us with a smile and had non stop corny jokes going. The food was reasonably priced and good! Primantis + Heintz ketchup + IC lite & a pickle topped off our Pittsburgh weekend experience.
- JDJP DOct 15, 20255.0The guy server working Tues night the 14th was great. The new Red ale was great and the sandwiches were what I had been expecting since I saw MAN vs food so many yrs ago. Finally made it from Memphis Tn and had to have 1. It was all I expected and more.
- GBGeorgia BOct 12, 20251.0So we must have slipped through the cracks, but we didn't get our food after a 45-50 minutes wait. Waitress got us our drinks, but never came back to check on us. I had to go to the bar to refill my husband's drink. She got our order and after 3 tables around us flipped over I realized we must have been forgotten, it wasn't until I went up to pay and must have had a cross look on my face the servers realized something was amiss. They were kind enough to give us our drinks for free and offered to comp whatever meal we wanted, but by then it was too late in the evening. We just left and went on about or evening. I was not happy, but we did give another location a try and were pleased.

Waited at least 30 minutes and was not very impressed at the sandwich, not a lot of flavor and the only redeeming quality was how cheap it was. $1 for a pickle but it was waaay too much pickle.

I was told the area is known for this restaurant however I will forever know it as a place with a rude waiter who needs to clean up his scrappy facial hair and put a hair net over his disgusting man bun. Ordered the primanti burger which according to the sign is #2 best seller but the burger seemed to be some frozen patty garbage that was cooked on a flat top grill. The fries were fresh cut and not bad though. I was charged $2 more than my buddy who ordered the same meal. Id never go back to this place. If you are in the area and want a burger "dad's dog and burger" near by is my recommended place. Primanti bros is fast trash food.
