We returned late from a show in Pittsburgh and were starving. We were the last customers of the night. Our server was very friendly and efficient. You would never know we arrived near closing, which we don't like doing.

I got into town late and they were 1. Open and 2. Near my hotel. Ordered a sandwich and loaded Onion rings to go. The sandwich was huge and I could barely eat it because the onion rings filled me up. Went back the next day and ate in the restaurant but got the Pittsburger. Great place to eat with reasonable prices!

Absolutely the worst experience ive had at any Primantis. The host barreled past us as we walked in without acknowledging us at all only for us to stand for an extended amount of time at the podium while other employees walked around aimlessly. Once the host did greet us the waitress asked if we could be seated in her area because she wanted another table. We were seated and served beverages while we looked over the menu. When ordering our food the waitress seemed dazed and confused. While we waited for our food we had a direct view of a younger employee in what looked like a choreographed "dance fight" in the middle of the dinning room area with two other patrons who were hanging out for over an hour walking back and forth from the jukebok to the dinning room and then outside for some awfully strange reason. The food came out and i have to say i have never had a bad Primanti sammie but this one was close. The slaw was dry which is NEVER the case at any other location ive been to and the kielbas was almost nonexistent. When the waitress returned to ask how everything was my son asked for a second order of boneless wings at which point the waitress asked if we wanted them to go in a manner that made us all feel like she was rushing us out the door. We only went to this location because my son worked until 9pm and it was closest to his place of employment. Knowing now how this location operates we will drive further to the Monroeville branch where the customer service and food is much better.

I tried this place twice. Both times were TERRIBLE. I'll start with what went right: the fries. You can tell they're fresh and cooked well. But even those were which takes away from the quality. Now, what went wrong: practically everything else! I got pick up. So I can't speak on much other than the food which was just some freezer aisle garbage served at restaurant prices. The burgest was the driest piece of meat I've ever seen. And I've had better boneless wings from Tysons. It looks like some frozen nuggets with barbecue sauce haphazardly squirted on top. I will NEVER be back here.
