  Very helpful and knowledgeable young man named Ty Nolte and Prewett is lucky to have him. First he inspected the inside and took his boots off because we had just had new carpet installed then did a thorough job on the outside stations and moved three of them for me because we were extending our patio

  My first inspection with these guys went very well. Thomas showed up and performed an interior inspection of each room on both floors, then moved outside to check the traps. He quickly replaced one disintegrated trap and physically replaced 4 traps and was very professional and polite, answering the few questions I had and performing his work thoroughly, yet quickly. We’ve had these guys for a year and we’ve been pretty happy with them.

  Last night my wife and I were woken by a scratchy sound coming from our attic in the corner of our bedroom. The sound wouldn’t stop even if we knocked on the wall. We just knew we had a massive rodent up in the attic. Called several companies that stated 24 hour service and not one answered their phone. Called Prewett Pest Removal and by this time in the morning businesses were starting to open. The lady that answered their phone was so friendly and very helpful that she put me on hold and called the tech to see if he could come out today. Most places would have stated they will call you back, and you know how that works. The tech Dustin stated he could come out and will call and advise me what time he would arrive. Dustin did come out and inspected the area of the sound in the attic. To my surprise he told us there was no sign of any rodents and it was most likely the styrofoam vent that came loose and was making noise. I could not believe his findings so I asked Dustin to go Back in the attic as shake the vent while I waited in the bedroom to make sure that was the noise and Dustin stated no problem and went back into that hot attic. At the end of it all with everyone in the company being very professional and very friendly they will have a shot to quote my future business.
