It's quite a cozy store. The little bridge going over the koi pond is awesome! Lots of options for pets, so many different kinds of birds and lizards and frogs and fish. They even have chinchillas, ferrets, hamsters and guinea pigs. Tarantulas too! The birds were so cool, there's one little cutie in the back who just loves to say "Hello"!

The staff is great its the cost and should give them a 4 because you get what you pay for and the knowledge they can over is worth a little but if your looking for a discount or a cheap place this isnt it but once again you get what you pay for if you want a healthy animal and the knowledge yo take care of it this is the best if your trying to save money look else where but your animal may not be as healthy

Riddle (now Jules) Got a cockatiel yesterday and for them not being handles she is very sweet! She honestly gave me zero issues and is seeking attention which is something I’ve never had from day one for any bird in my whole life! They are very thorough and their screening process of who takes their animals so that is definitely appreciated from someone who’s ever seen an animal be abandoned… Only downfall realistically would be price I do find them to be very expensive, but you get what you pay for!

I have always loved this pet store and judged other pet stores against this. They have such a wide array of animals. I have been in the fish hobby for close to a decade now off and on, but their fish while seemingly expensive, are hearty as all get out. Dyson my Albino Bristlenose Pleco survived in a cold tank for close to a week when our generator took a dump and we lost power. On the flip side, my cories that should have been able to survive cooler water did not even come close to surviving. I tell you that to tell you this, if you are even remotely considering fish from Preuss Pets, they may look expensive, but they are work every penny and they are healthy as all get out.
