  Anthony was very detailed and took pride in his work. He went above and beyond explaining how our new water system works and what we could expect plus what our options were for various systems prior to installation. He did a fantastic job routing all of the pipes and making sure the system would be easy to work on in the future and fielded many questions from us with ease. I would definitely recommend Prestige and in particular Anthony!

  Another great experience with Prestige today. Tyler was on time, friendly, professional and took time to assess the situation and explain my options which I appreciated. Work was completed quickly and to my expectations. He also provided a list of other local contractors they recommend for various services which is helpful and a great idea to support local small businesses.

  Prestige Plumbling was very helpful. Left a message they got back to me immediately explained their services and process and within hours we had a tech at our house. Tyler did an initial assessment then provided a detailed estimate with options. He was very professional and answered all our questions. We had a clog that required jetting which finally removed and fixed our clog and draining issue. More expensive than we anticipated but what today isn't! Overall they were great!

  Larsen Ace Hardware recommended Prestige to us for a hot water tank replacement. I phoned, and immediately received a call back with dates to visit. Anthony M came out (with vey helpful text notifications of his arrival status). He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very reassuring as to understanding what we sought to do - and clearly explained the options available, with pros and cons, including cost, noise and efficiency as well as future maintenance. I really liked that he took time immediately after we spoke and then, while all was fresh in our heads,, proposed four options which we reviewed on his tablet, and then he sent them to me via email. Our questions were answered, and a week later, after Anthony also lined up an electrician to partner with on the electric hybrid water heater the project was done. Anthony left the project site cleaner than when he arrived and did a great job in the relocation of the heater, and removing the old one. That same day, Anthony also installed a DRIP water flow system and upgraded our outdoor shower. We're very happy with both projects. All expectations, honestly, surpassed. Thank you, Pat G.

  I don’t typically write reviews for things unless it’s very poor or excellent. My experience with Prestige was definitely the latter. After my well tank ruptured at 10pm, I called about 4-5 companies for an emergency plumber. I either got voicemails or was told that the company didn’t work on well systems. I then called Prestige who were the only ones to answer and tell me someone would be out first thing the next day. Tyler came out, inspected everything and once everything was signed off on he went right to work. I initially was told it would be a 3 hour job but it turned into a 2 day job, absolutely no fault to Tyler or anyone at Prestige as the job just turned into a mess due to other damaged components. Despite the extended timeline, Tyler and Lauren showed up the next day again first thing in the morning and worked continuously to fix the issues that needed to be fixed and assured me that they would not leave until the job was finished and even work into the weekend if need be. They also constantly kept me in the loop with any developments that came up so it never felt like I was in the dark during the repair. Despite the extra work that needed to be completed that wasn’t initially anticipated, the pricing for the work done was more than fair and the quality of work was top notch. I also am not one to put advertising signs in my yard and don’t appreciate when companies stick one up in my yard without asking. But Tyler was respectful enough to ask before doing and considering all the hard work and effort they did, I was more than happy to make an exception.
