  My husband and I went on our honeymoon in Canada cause it’s a very special place for us and one of the nights we stopped in cranbrook and stayed here at prestige and were greeted with amazing staff and hospitality the rooms were very nice and comfortable if we could give this place more then five stars we would!!! Highly recommend!😊

  Nice people, great service at check-in and throughout our stay. Lots of parking out front, great location walking distance to restaurants and everything you need in the main part of town. Love the guest laundry and games area - would be a great hotel for a team.

  Looks nice and rooms are nice aswell but no communication between any staff. Checked in and made it very clear i would be working night shift and not checking out till 3pm the next day telling them to bill me for 2 days instead of 1 as I went past the 11am check out. Still they call and wake me up and send people to knock on the door to tell me to check out. Very disappointed get to work a 12hr night shift on a couple hrs sleep now

  Very nice hotel. The staff is excellent, I’ve been here for 2 weeks and my husband has been here for 3 less a day. I’m only giving 4 stars for overall because it would have been nice if they had a hot tub too.
