  I hired this company to repair my heat pump. Before the visit, I clearly informed them of the brand name. They charged me for diagnosing the problem, but afterward told me that the parts were not available. I only found this out two days later when I called to follow up — they never informed me themselves. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional.

  From start to finish my recent experience with Presidential Ventilation Systems for installing my new ducted Daikin heat pump was very positive. My first contact was with Shane Lively who attended the house, provided a quote and booked the appointment for installation. Shane answered all my questions. Shane was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The installation technicians were friendly, hard working, knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions and once the work was completed, explained how the system worked. They are all an asset to the company. The system was installed in July and has worked great. I would not hesitate to recommend Presidential Ventilation Systems.

  Nick and the entire crew made the conversion process from oil to full heat pump a pleasurable experience that ran smoothly and completed as scheduled without a hitch! Total respectfulness from the entire crew throughout the entire process. Would recommend Presidential Ventilation Systems to family and friends without hesitation!

  We are pleased with our heat pump from Presidential. Very good people to work with. Installation went very well, right on schedule. Very affordable - we got an internet connection with it at no extra cost, and have used that feature a lot. We've had it running for a few months now and it has worked great for cooling and heating.

  Wow that was easy. After going through 3 months of some house renos that resulted in me making a decision to take out my oil-fired forced hot air furnace and replacing with a ducted heat pump, the installation of the heat pump was the easiest thing that happened during the renos. Scott was so helpful and great at checking in on the day of install. You sent me an awesome crew (I think there was Jake, Bryce and others whose names I can't remember) who were professional and helpful any time I asked a question. The office team (Krystal) has been so helpful getting all the details worked out for signing up for the maintenance plan. Really appreciate the excellent service so far!
