I have been a resident at this property for six years. I work late-night shifts and typically return home between 2:00 and 3:00 a.m. Unfortunately, every time a new tenant moves in next to me, they repeatedly park in my assigned driveway. I've attempted to resolve this by calling the office, but no one is available during those hours. I also contacted the towing company, but they refuse to tow vehicles unless the request comes directly from the office—even if the vehicle is clearly parked in a private driveway.
The first time this happened, I had no choice but to park outside my driveway. The next morning, my car was towed. Someone else parked in my spot, yet I faced the consequences. On another occasion, I contacted the police, but they were unable to tow the vehicle either. All they could do was knock on the neighbor’s door and ask them to move it.
Today, something particularly frustrating occurred. For the first time in six years, the property management decided to pressure wash the sidewalks and driveways. A notice was placed on my door on Monday, stating the work would take place on Wednesday and that all cars needed to be moved. I complied and removed my car. However, they didn’t finish the work on Wednesday and continued it on Thursday without any updated notice. When I woke up, I discovered my car had been towed from my own driveway.
I went to the office to express my concerns. The staff member I spoke with appeared to be completely uninformed and unable to answer any questions. She simply repeated that she didn’t know what was going on. It was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.
This level of mismanagement and lack of communication is unacceptable. I’m eagerly counting down the days until my lease ends. I strongly advise others not to rent here. The amenities, such as the so-called "gym" and pool, are rarely—if ever—used, and the service is consistently poor. If I could leave a rating lower than one star, I would.
