- PBPaige BellAug 2, 20251.0Honestly, I’m tired of the people I live around slamming doors constantly. No respect! Tons of pet owners without leashes.. It’s ridiculous! I’m so sick of it! They just finish painting and power washing broke numerous things on my porch water all in my house. It’s been ridiculous! Good luck do your research before you just move in check your neighbors out first. you will regret signing the lease and getting stuck in this apartment complex when you have outrageous people on the property. I’m staying anonymous because of this reason and also because my neighbors are weirdos 🤢 and peeping toms!! 👀

Overall I think this complex is a great place to live, it’s very quiet, peaceful, and the layouts of the homes are good. There have been some issues that we experienced, AC going out multiple times, washer and dryer problems, leaky pipes, etc. Maintenance is very responsive, friendly, and actually care about make sure our problems are solved. Just this past weekend, on Sunday, we noticed a leak from our bathtub that was going into our closet. I called the emergency maintenance team. Adam showed up within 20 minutes of me calling to address the issue. Overall, preserve is a great place to live, I’d recommend this place!
