  Can't say enough good things about Prescott Flooring Brokers! Great people and product. Have utilized their services on two different homes and each time they've knocked it out of the park. Great family owned business that you should check out FIRST if you need new flooring!

  We are SO happy with Prescott Flooring Brokers. It is always our intent to use local businesses whenever we can. The day we walked into their shop, we had every confidence in their products and services. They were friendly and knowledgeable and steered us in the right direction. Communication was outstanding throughout the process, and workmanship was over the top great. We had to juggle our installation schedule because of a renovation issue of ours, but they managed to switch things around and get the job done. They show up when they say they will, and call back or email when you need them. We're very pleased and give the whole crew a HUGE thumbs up! Highly Recommend. Great job!!

  When we entered the showroom, only one person there in the office. She said she would be right with us. Phone rang, she answered it, spoke to another customer for over 10 minutes before helping us. Sorry, but we should have been helped first, then the phone customer.
