- CWChristina WagnerJun 29, 20251.0I felt that this mortgage company did not do a good job from the start. The loan officer Dan Leonard mishandled the paperwork from the beginning. After advising that the paperwork was incorrect, it still caused questions throughout the process. In addition, the closing was also not handled as expected. Once closing was complete and paperwork signed we were unable to enter the house for several days. This caused delays in our move and unexpected additional costs not to mention all the stress they caused during the process. I will never use this company again and would not recommend Premium Mortgage Corp to anyone. I discourage anyone from using them based on my very poor experience throughout the whole process!
