- QIQ IMay 18, 20251.0DO NOT RENT HERE!!! People do not rent here, My name is Sergey Vechtomov they allow your units get burglarized. I’m almost convinced that office employee has something to do with that. My unit was burglarized and it wasn’t just unit easy to get to and it was only unit that was hit by robbers. Employee said they don’t care about any of the property stored at their location and they’re not liable for anything whatsoever. This is the kind of service you get for paying them to store your belongings. Do not rent there please!!! Thieves spend over an hr in my unit took all valuables, money, gold, coins, laptops, monitors, personal documents including birth certificates, passports, social security’s, taxes, and much more. Cops said they have a name but closed the case. Storage facility don’t care about your belongings even though they are stored on their property and pay them a premium for no security. Lawsuit is going their way talking to lawyers on how to pursue if no responsibility taken. I’ll say again manager said we do not care for any of the property stored at our location!!! This is the kind of service you get! Oh by the way he knew that I haven’t been to my unit in about 4months because we moved out of state and I’m almost certain it was an inside job! N

There was a issue with a couple of my packages, when they new manager started here but it was just a mix up and found them and still have my mail box cheapest in Everett.
