Negotiate a contractontact when you can just skip him and go straight to the car dealership yourself they had no clue of who he is dont waste your time I did it for you

First, the valet who made the mistake alerted me to it proactively, second, that valet was extremely professional and immediately informed me of the procedure to resolve my issue. He was nothing but honest and professional. I have to say, i have rarely, if ever, witnessed a company handle the matter with greater professionalism, courtesy and ethics. The owner, Barry, was exceedingly responsive, polite and professional. I only wish i owned a catering hall so that I could hire these guys to do my valet service!
