The company as a whole is very knowledgeable, properly trained, and well certified in a variety of areas. As a first time owner when I ask the whys/hows/priority list of actions on our older units they do a great job breaking everything down - which is greatly appreciated.

Had to clear out a line using oxygen tank, which took about 10 minutes. Charged an additional $250 for clearing the line. Did not mind some extra cost, but this amount seemed extreme.
