- CMChris MeadeAug 5, 20251.0I had a metal building installed in 2021, and shortly after, I noticed rust forming all around the building and roof caused by metal shavings left behind from the self-tapping screws during installation. This is a basic installation mistake that should have been prevented. I first emailed Todd, the salesman, about the issue right after the building was completed. When I didn’t get a proper resolution, I escalated the problem to the owner, Scott Phillips. Over the years, I have continued to follow up with photos and multiple emails to both of them. The only response I received was to “clean it” myself. I attempted their cleaning method several times, but the rust has penetrated the metal and continues to spread. After years of being ignored and left with a building that’s deteriorating due to their poor workmanship, I am now left with no option but to take legal action. Do not use this company—they do not stand behind their work or take responsibility for their mistakes.
