The boy at the counter stated the tint on the car we had on the back windows already was the darker tint so that is what we went with because we wanted it to match the back windows When the car was brought back to us we were informed that they put the color on it that was one step down from what we chose because they said it was the same as the back windows. When you look at the car the front windows are obviously lighter. We were not asked prior to putting on the lighter tint if that was what we wanted. We chose the darker tint. When asked what could be done I was told I would have to pay to get the darker tint. That’s rich, you mean the tint I asked you to put on originally. I was told they were the experts and they do this all the time. So basically it does not matter what you ask for. They will do whatever they want because they are the experts. Never again Precision!
