  I just wasted an afternoon waiting for the technician to come to my house who never showed up. What annoys me most is that I got two confirmation emails and a text message confirming the appointment. I set aside my entire afternoon for this and no one called, no one showed up, and no one answered at any of the phone numbers provided. I guess they don’t need my business. Don’t worry, message received. **Update** they showed up about an hour late but the technicians were professional and knowledgeable. I’m still not happy about the time management but at least they seem to know their craft
