  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Contracted at 2 Months for work, but took 7 months. Had to get with Legal Council and stopped work, until upper management (Office and field) would do the agreed upon tasks they had backed out on last minute, that was previously agreed upon. Do not accept anything from them unless in writing! They will refuse to put it in written even when asked directly in written, just will ghost you when asked or repsond to something else and never acknowledged it in writing. But will agree verbally or in person regularly, then back out at time to do the work weeks or months later. Happened regular during this job! Used Car Salesman Tacks by management!! Respond every few days or week later even when following up on things often. Wrong stone installed, put breakers back forgetting to wire back into electrical panel resulting no power for couple days, forgot to glue PVC piping underground and questioned if did with a response it was done but dug up to check finding was not done resulting in entire yard being dug back out to redo all underground piping! You will need to have inspectors hired for each stage to find all their errors!DO NOT USE COMPANY! POOR Quality!! They Miscalculated decking height and now have deck “level” with the top of the foundation getting water occasionally inside that portion of house! Decking drains surrounding pool were not properly tested until months after decking slab was poured finding that they were mostly blocked off and COULD NOT DRAIN unless pipe was nearly 3” of the 4” pipe was filled! Hosing running for 10 minutes inside the drain before started to see at street. When house is about 100’ from the street! Had to return again to cut out area and run new line! Decking around pool had fully cracking decking on all three sides of the pool within 1 months. They came back after repairing month later once happened again. Now as of today have additional 5 areas cracking from pool edge to deck/house edge of decking! Pool was finished 3 months ago! Had to get them to put extended decking warranty in, due to them damaging other areas of my property as concession, glad I did but battle to get them to repair properly since clearly issue if cannot last few months! During plaster rained and could not finish work, so had to abandon the 80% plastered pool. Few days later returned to remove large portion of work, then do a sealant layer, then attempt o plaster again. Messy work and cannot use yard durning or after the construction Once finished they left nearly 2” of plaster and other material in yard for homeowners to bust it out and remove. They do not clean up after their workers. No accountability by management. Installed Wrong stone and damaged breakers in electrical panel, while not saying anything resulting in no power for 2 days spoiling all fridges and freezers. Provided concessions again this time giving me full backyard area drains in grass draining to the street. Attempted to get slope right 4 times over a month before could not do it right. Resulting in pipes holding water not drawing to street properly, resulting in giving back additional money back to accept the incomplete work. Crooked tiles installed resulting in three different trips to replace crooked, cracked, gaps in grout but still have multiple with same poor quality. Left over grout/plaster in stone work/decking/coping that they have attempted cleaning multiple times. Still incomplete after 3 attempts. Office Management Michael stated “Sue me, it is cheaper for me if you do” and “ I’ve won my last 3 law suits, so I am not scared” and “Review me I am not worried” POOR QUALITY AND NO OVERSIGHT MANAGEMENT. DO NOT USE!

  Customer service was great, made me feel like they would take care of everything, they didn't leave a mess and i would definitely use them again.

  Do yourself a favor and go with another pool company. During construction there were issues with them hitting sprinklers that really weren’t in their way and instead of putting them in the area they were hit, they just piled them up in the dirt pile and it took forever to find were they went. Within a few months there was an extremely soggy spot in the yard and I did some digging and it looked like it was leaking from a return line. They sent there leak detection guy and they couldn’t find the leak. I had to hire someone else to come out and dig it up and fix it (the return line I told them it was). We paid for an upgraded plaster that has a 5 year warranty and after about a year a 10ft long crack developed in the bottom of the pool and on the tanning ledge. They said they are cosmetic and haven’t ruptured through. Totally ridiculous!!! Go with another company and save yourself the hassle.
