He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything very well so that I could make an informed decision .My new furnace was installed by Antonio who was professional, attentive to details and a hard worker. He cleaned up so well when he was done that you’d never know he was here. 2 of my family members are replacing their furnaces as well with Precision. I highly recommend this company.

My technician even threw out the boxes the fans came in. Very happy with my decision to trust precision plumbing heating cooling electric.

I also never received a video copy of the Sewer Scope I paid for. I reached out to the guy after 2 days of no estimate, and still no response. I then called Precision Plumbing and left a message with some AI bot to get the estimate and video. Still not response. I would steer clear of these guys as clearly their communication lacks.

In the end, I had to hire another company to finally do the work properly! Each time, I was assured the techs would bring the correct equipment. Promises were broken, and I wasted both time and money waiting for basic competence that the company is missing. It’s astonishing that a business can operate with such poor communication, accountability, and skills. Save yourself the frustration and USE ANYONE BUT them.
