He advised me that my plumbing needed to be addressed do to the fact of the possibility it could be running lean. Justin was very kind and professional in his conduct and he is very knowledgeable in his field. He made note of all the situations and I requested the he be my technician for future visits. Justin is an asset to your company. Very professional. It sure is nice to have a technician with his personality.

- GBGena BurrisJun 5, 20241.0I wouldn't even give them 1 star but that is not a choice. My generac quit working in the middle of the night during a power outage. I called them Tues at 8am to get a tech out. Called back at 2pm cause I hadn't heard from them, called back again at 4pm same issue. Lady made some excuse about how busy they were. Then call and tell me that! It is 4:20 on Wed and I have seen no one. My Generac will be 1 yr old tomorrow. Oh and the service fee is $150!! even though it's not a service call but a repair call which should be under warranty. Sorry service.
- JBJoseph BradyNov 7, 20231.0Called five times to get annual service. Three times to get a tech to come out, they said they were, they left no paperwork on what they did. I called to find out the work they did. They said they would call back. Never did. This is all around four weeks in total. Today, called again! They didn't have the right key to unlock the generator. A key I offered the first time they were supposed to come and visit. A the time, I was told no, they have keys for all generators. When I asked why I didn't get a call, stating the problem, no one could answer. I said no thanks, I will find someone else, they said have a good day. I called back and spoke with the office manager. She admitted they didn't handle it well and said sorry, thanks, bye (I'm paraphrasing). Didn't offer a special discount, say they'd send someone today, nothing. Customer service at this business is subpar. Recommend looking around.

Once I called Chase, the owner, he was out the next day looking at both. Had their pricing same afternoon and the Tech was there the next morning. Great experience. I would definitely refer this company. Great experience.
