We just want to say what a wonderful experience we had with all of their employees. We initially began our search by stopping in the store where we greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful sales consultant by the name of Riley Brice. She helped walk us through the whole process and even came out to our house to look at the areas we wanted to update. They gave us a clear and concise estimate which we felt was fair and reasonable. On the first day of the install, we met our two installers who were Micah Notz and Steve Ristow. Two absolutely fantastic gentlemen who were not only extremely friendly but also very respectful to both my wife and I and our property. They did an amazing job with the install, and we can't thank them enough!! In the day of age where customer service has been truly lacking, we couldn't have been happier with our experience at Precision Floor and Decor and especially Riley, Micah and Steve. - CMCindy MillerJun 23, 20255.0Riley at the store was wonderful. The install was so good that we are having them do the upstairs of the house also. Floors look great!!!! They did a wonderful job on the buff and reseal of the hardwood floor in the living room also.

Riley was patient and very helpful in finding the right tile that we are very happy with. Riley understood what we were looking for and directed us to the product that fit our style. Lonnie……..he not only installed the flooring but also took a minute to show my son how to use a unique fishing rod. He was great and Precision should be very proud to have him. I will go to Precision every time we need flooring because of this experience. I know others who were very happy with Precision. Can’t go wrong with Riley and Lonnie!!!
