- CDChelsie DNov 3, 20251.0My husband and I have been such loyal customers for years now. We’ve recommended all our family and friends. My brother spent thousands of dollars here with my recommendation. Recently ever since this new facelift this place got I feel this company got stingy. On my way home in the early morning from the hospital my car started to shake and lose momentum in the middle of a turning lane highway. I had it towed to precision and they ran a diagnostic that I was quoted over $200 bucks for. I didn’t realize the quote was just for that but I called to clarify and sure thing, it was. They did give me a discount which was shocking and I appreciated. Then they called to say it had 2 misfires and that it had to “act up” for them in order to figure out what the problem is, so they were driving it around for several days. They had an idea of what it ”might” be but they weren’t really sure so they decided to drive it more. Then they called and left it as that with no solution for me. They also said they didn’t want to start doing multiple things and start charging me for things that they “think” it could’ve been. I am no mechanic so I don’t even know what to say, this is why I’m here seeking their professional guidance and it felt like they were as clueless as I was in this situation. They expected me to just pickup my car even though the problem wasn’t fixed. I explained to them that this is super dangerous and that I was fearful of driving it around with the problem still there. This is actually the 2nd time outa’ve all the other times that I bought my car here that I felt they either didn’t want to help me or they don’t know what they’re doing as mechanics. I previously bought my car in before this incident and it was due to almost the exact same car shaking reason but they needed it to “act up” again and then decided to turn me away at that time too. They didn’t seem to care at all about my concerns so this is the last time we will ever be using this company moving forward. It sucks that I had to change my review because we loved this place but it is what it is!!

I was expecting my truck to be in the shop for at least a week, but the team got it done in 2 days! I'm always impressed with the quality and service.
