  On the worst day of your life, these people are the most helpful, kindest and compassionate people you could hope to meet. I first needed them twenty years ago, when the elder gentleman told me why he built the place…I believe you can totally trust them, which is a huge comfort. Grateful.

  My vet Dr Allie uses this service for her vet practice and everything was done in timely professional manner. Very grateful they were so proactive with my baby. Thank you for taking care of her.

  I’m a little late to writing my review, but I stumbled upon my baby boy Julian’s cremation card today. I was reminded of the compassion of the staff at Precious Memories. My kitty Julian passed unexpectedly in December of 2024 and it was truly the worst night of my life. The staff was so kind and patient with me as I picked his urn out and they explained how I could see his ashes. I talked to the original owner’s daughter and the history of Precious Memories is PRECIOUS! They care about pet’s dignity and making a peaceful memory for owners. Please remember people in this type of business go through our loss too and on a daily basis. Thank you Precious Memory staff for the emotions you all take on to help owners have a better time grappling with the loss of their beloved pet.

  The staff here was truly amazing—supportive, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our boy Irving was cared for with dignity and respect. I’m deeply grateful for the kindness and support they showed us throughout the entire process. Everything was handled with transparency, from the process to the pricing, and they were exceptionally accommodating. If you’re seeking a more personal and intimate afterlife care experience for your pet, I highly recommend this place.
