  I do a lot of my own work on my bikes, but I needed a new back rim after an accident. PP had a nice "used" rim available, a stock rim from a bike that was purchased with upgraded wheels. My "used" rim is like new, and better quality than the rims my bike came with. Very fair pricing at $31 to change over my tube, tire, and cassette from my damaged rim.

  The staff is both knowledgeable and nice, and my bike looked and rode GREAT when I got it back. They also went above and beyond by helping me make some little adjustments that I wasn't sure how to do by myself, saving me time and potential frustration. And I LOVE the confirm ahead reservation option - that meant I could keep and ride my bike longer and get it back much more quickly! Definite 10 out of 10 experience, and I will be back!

  I brought my mountain bike in because both of my brakes weren't working, and the kickstand was very tight. The man who greeted me took the bike back right away, fixed it in about five minutes, then brought it back to me and told me there was no charge because all he had to do was reconnect the brake lines and put some lube on the kickstand. It was so nice and so appreciated, and I will definitely be bringing my bikes back in for service in the future. Thank you so much!
