  First time customers and very happy. I had my project in mind and when they came to view the area and provide the estimate, their expertise recommended ideas that was a lot cheaper than I needed. Everyone involved, from the beginning to end, was a delight to work with, but the crew that did the actual work should get all the credit! Great Job and will be using them again.

  Dave Warmbrodt I rarely write service provider reviews but feel compelled to publicly congratulate the team at Poynter Landscape for their excellent work on our backyard retaining wall project. Heather provided a detailed plan which incorporated our ideas and concerns. The installation of the wall went flawlessly with ongoing communication and supervision by Neil and Carlos. I was amazed at everyone’s attention to detail and professionalism. My wife and I are very pleased with the completed project and readily recommend the fine people at Poynter to anyone interested in a top-notch landscape company.

  We used Poynter Landscaping for the original landscaping when our home was new 20 years ago. We turned to them for a refresh that took place in May. I can't say enough about their attention to detail in the design team's desire to redo to my satisfaction. Then the install crew were amazingly hard workers getting each detail of the install just right and I admit I'm pretty picky. I also signed up for the first time for maintenance this year. I was skeptical I admit about if they could deliver. But truthfully, the crew leader and his crew have under promised and over delivered. One happy customer right here!

  Bob came out May 19 to look at our project. He was excited about the potential of our space and the picture on the Poynter website look great. Two weeks later I called just to get a time estimate of when we could get Poynter's design and then we could get started. I called repeatedly, left messages with the main office, left messages on Bob's phone, and then had my husband call them twice...just for kicks, to try to get a response. Absolutely nothing back from them. Ghosted. If they don't want the project, it would be nice for them to tell us so we can get moving on the project. Needless to say, we've moved on to work with another company.

  I can't say enough about the great crew that updated our landscape. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Unbelievable fast despite rain delays. Highly recommend Poynter for any size job.
