  After having my truck serviced here, and replacing the tires with a different brand as recommended by the staff, I felt a substantial difference immediately as I drove off their lot. My truck has NEVER driven this good — even when it was new it didn’t feel so good driving down the road. I had been experiencing vibrations on the front end at higher speeds and brought it to the dealer’s attention on multiple occasions….still they could never correct it. One visit here and the issue is resolved! The OEM was never able to achieve that in the 3 years I’ve owned it. The truck felt stable, rode like a dream, and the difference in the ride was remarkable! These folks were courteous, professional, patient, and clearly knew what they were doing. It was a very reasonable cost (even better than I could buy tires online) and they serviced it quickly and to perfection. They will have ALL of my vehicular maintenance business going forward. I have never has a repair experience better than this one. I appreciate their integrity and expertise. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

  Got 4 tires for the truck. More than fair $...including the rotate/balance package. Alignment took a couple of tries (and some aftermarket parts). The Alignment is a success. Very happy with all the staff/techs at Powhatan Tire. They will shoot you straight, and are atop of their game. Will definitely continue this relationship.

  Appointment starting on time and service was completed prior to expectation. Service attendant was friendly and well informed as to what service was to be done. Overall I was very pleased with experience and will return for service when needed.

  Excellent service, super knowledgeable Manager and Service writer. Very happy with the recommendations given to me by the staff. Facility is very clean and everyone is super polite and very friendly not to mention. They do an excellent job on my vehicle

  Powhatan Tire was great for several years, now Powhatan Tire is a TOTAL RIPOFF. They wanted 1700 for A brake and rotor job after a non refundable diagnostic fee. My best friend is a professional mechanic and franchise owner out of state, he estimated the job at 1k. I also had my parents head to Powhatan tire for two minor auto repairs and was charged twice the going rate. Stay away from this place and Brock Camden who runs the register. Needless to say, I will not be going back EVER, and will be warning my friends to stay away. I am adding to this post today 8/25, Automotive Concepts on Hull Street did the job for $1k that Powhatan Tire tried to charge $1700 for.
