- TBTHE BELLSAug 21, 20245.0My husband and I lived here for about 3 years and it was the best! Quiet neighborhood people are pretty respectful of the quiet times after 10pm. Leasing office has a great team, they are quick to respond about requests and issues and I cannot forget the maintenance guys! They know how to do their job well and are great people all around! We moved around three months ago and still talk about how we miss our old apartment. I recommend this community if you plan on residing in Port Orchard!

Allows renters to smoke every day all day long despite being against the lease. Have given up trying to get them to do anything. Apartment smells like pot all day long.
- GBGizmo barryApr 28, 20224.0Everything is super awesome. I love the staff and the interior and how fast we get mail. I love the doggy park and the normal park! But.. definitely needs to work on parking and authorized entrants. It is getting very tiring to come home after work and be met with no spots I can take, and we have been living here since the first opening day! I would love some more open parking spots for people without having to buy. A lot of people take spots for parties or staying over and visiting too.
