- KWKaden WilliamsJul 22, 20251.0I felt they were quite rude and inconsiderate. I have had a good experience or two but I’ve had several bad ones. I have tried to call many times to ask a question and my calls were never answered, so I went in to ask and they had me sign in and wait a half hour to ask and be told no. I do wish they would fix their phone service.

- LTL TJun 2, 20251.01.These ladies aren't very friendly And, Not ran very well.... 2.shouldn't ALL people have to sign the sign-in sheet & wait their turn, fairly? Even if they are only purchasing a driver's manual. Just saying, takes time to write customer's receipt, take payment etc, even if only 3-5 mins. Our 3 minutes is just as valuable! 3. At this tag office, Why are Phone calls allowed to cut-in, when others are waiting? I appreciate businesses that answer with, "can you please hold, I'm with a customer?" The people that have signed-in are already in the line. Please consider your customers' opinions. We may have a good point for you.
