I moved in about a month ago and here are the issues I have had.
A package was stolen.
Our dishwasher was leaking
I have to ask permission from the front desk to enter the gym
Our smoke detector battery needs to be replaced
Our refrigerator was scratched and the filter was not replaced. (They told us it’s the tenants job….even though we literally just got here)
Trash pickup hasn’t been by in days
They’re starting to charge for parking despite not having lights on half the property
My roommates closet flooded within the first week
The air filter needed changing upon our arrival
The mirror in the bedroom is cracked in three places
I’m still waiting on a new screen for my window
The pictures on their website may show some of their apartments but know that there are 2 versions the second of which they do not show anywhere on their website.
Just beware when you’re looking around here and make sure you do a walk around with them!! Don’t make the mistake I did.
Just keep looking

The outside of these apartments match the inside. Nasty! They never pick up trash and even if you and your roommate are on a lease you have to start paying $75 a month for a second vehicle on top of rent. They need to be low income apartments because thats what they are giving!
