Justin answered my call, I told him the issue I was having with my roll down hurricane shutter, he took my information and was at my house by Wednesday afternoon. He fixed the issue with the shutter quickly and even put a new handle on the old shutter crank which was much needed. Justin was reliable, honest, and operated with integrity. Neighbor is too nice to complain, but their screens weee incredibly unreliable and have had to return a ton. They are worried they may not be able to work before a storm and get screwed.
