YMMV, but i like to understand and ask questions, was able to observe, thru the process was pointing out what was wrong, and what the problem was . very insightful , and had answers to every question i had. i can be pain / overwhelming sometimes, but jason very patient and informative answering questions. couldnt say more about the positive experience. used to get anxiety before a gen visit , but now look forward to visit from popejoy / jason. im always learning something when hes here on property. experience very different than other companies. do not hesitate to use them for anything , if the other techs are anything like Jason. thanks
