  I had a very good experience with Pools Plus and their service and sales representatives. In my purchase of a pool cleaning "robot," they gave me some straightforward advice and good recommendation about which model would be best for me. They also were prompt in returning my call from some questions that I had about some other services and products.

  Niki was hands down amazing to work with. Very knowledgable and helped me make my pool clear again. Highly recommend pools plus for anything and everything when it comes to pools. They always help me balance my water by checking my pool levels for me.

  We have had our pool since 1999 and have been using pools plus to test our water to keep it balanced, great news is they have never pushed there pool chemicals on us for balancing pool. I all so recently worked with Niki Chatel on educating me on the differences of the dolphin pool vacuums and the differences between the 3 models but Hiki left the decision up to us. I actually left the store to think about it and call her later that day with my decision. So thank you for being a honest and not pressuring us in to your products. Thank you again Blaine

  When moving into a new house, Pools Plus provided amazing service, despite no longer selling my particular model of spa. They spent hours testing my water and walking me through the nuts and bolts of getting my spa up and running. I am so pleased with their help. I will be by frequently to keep everything working well!
