  Good luck finding any details about the equipment you are purchasing. They don't provide submittals on anything. You just have to hope it fits in your pool house. Apparently it is unusual to request a submittal. I've been in the construction business a long time not a day goes by I don't have to request specs on every product we purchase for a customer. This is essentially to be sure you have the correct equipment and that it will be what you need. As well as vital information like size, capability, power requirements, and many other key functions to it's installation. With them you just have to buy the product and find out what you get. We have done many jobs with poles including a job for a large pool company in Greenville recently that opened up. they provided submittals on ever equipment they were providing as many contractors were working together and needed to complete the end product, this helped tremendously. These guys clearly don't do anything outside of ringing up your card.

  This is a great place to get your supplies from. The staff is always friendly and helpful, they normally have all the parts you need in stock and if they do not they can get them ordered for you. This is definitely my go to wholesale company.
