Went to him for Workmans comp and he lied. Had a biased report and I am in terrible pain. DO NOT GO TO HIM. TERRIBLE DOCTOR. Don't care about the patient. Look at the other reviews for him of people saying the same thing I did before you step foot in that office.

Was seen by this orthopedic doctor for workman's comp injury, whose bedside manner was very impatient, confusing, and generalized having a demeaning tone, indicating that an obvious injury is non conclusive due to my personal mental health diagnoses, he considered me a unreliable self reporting patient. Its important to note I am a RN of 15 years, and his report was completely different than the PT report, and the original orthopedic treating physician. Due to his report, he has placed me back to full duty emwith no restrictions despite obvious presentation of muscular and joint injury. 35 years or not, I suggest to this physician, please consider your patients other diagnoses, especially if they are mental health related and neurological involvement. I would not recommend seeing this physician if you need a physician who is patient, considerate or truly cares about your health or injury. Bedside manner is just as critical as the actual assessment. Simply saying that you have 35 years of experience doesn't discount that each patient deserves the right to compassionate and personalized care. Maybe consider retirement if you do not have patience to give to your patients.

He wanted me to put both my hands in a stop position and because I couldn’t due to my wrist hurting from prior surgery he tried to redirect my arm but he grabbed my arm and said no like this. very ignorant after i told him to not grab my arm a certain way. clearly it was hurting that’s the whole reason why im there. Dr ponzio closed his laptop and walked away all because I said the word grab instead of position? I asked for his card he yelled no … I would never recommend nobody to go there yeah workers comp circle of malpractice

My son had an appointment at Ponzios office yesterday. We were treated very rudely by the doctor there. The appointment started with the doctor not knowing for sure if he had the correct x-rays and then when found out he did, said there was nothing wrong with what my son was there for. Turns out he was wrong. We had to show him a picture of the x-ray from our phone for him to see the truth. If we didn't look at the x-rays beforehand, we would have walked out thinking all was ok. I do not recommend this office. Very unprofessional and I do not trust their diagnosis or lack of a diagnosis. We are going somewhere else. We will never return to Ponzio.
