  I really enjoyed this experience. The food was excellent as was the service. The chicken parm is one of the best I've ever had. The arancini were excellent crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. I really enjoyed the meatballs, they were light, delicate, and delicious. The atmosphere was very comfortable, I liked that the tables were a little more spread out, it gave you more space and the feel of privacy. The prices were very reasonable. I can't wait to go back and try the pizza, it looked awesome!

  We took advantage of Pomelia’s midweek takeout special and had another fabulous meal - easy to order, awaiting us at the appointed time, beautifully packaged - hots & colds well separated. As advertised, it was plenty for three and adequate for four. With only two of us, as hungry as we were, we consumed all four generously-sized appetizer meatballs, but saved half the porcini pasta, almost half the fennel salad, and two of the four mini cannoli for a second meal. We did eat all the [warm] focaccia but how could we resist given the delicious meatball and pasta sauces that needed sopping-up? A magnificent rainbow greeted us when we picked up our food. We took it as a good sign. And we were right!

  Truly. Well deserving of all 5 stars! When we arrived, we were put on the waitlist. Soon after, we received a personal phone call from the hostess to tell us that a reservation was canceled, and we could be seated asap. The thoughtfulness of a personal call was well appreciated. Thank you Zoe(y)! She was also so accommodating to our one year old and offered a little, soft toy giraffe for him to play with. Our server was so attentive and kind. I even overheard her offer to heat up someone’s coffee since they were slow sipping it. The food was absolutely wonderful!! We had Sicilian Pizza with this delicious agrodolce sauce, Canneloni Al Forno, and Insalata di Spinaci. I really wish I could bring this restaurant back to my hometown!

  Cute mid-century modern decor. Great staff. Menu selections made it hard to choose. All our dishes were fantastic. Spicy for those that love heat and savory/sweet for those that don't. Make sure to leave room for dessert. I was on a general customer service call for a credit card and they connected me with someone that works down the street from the restaurant. He recommended this place, so we made a special stop just to try it out. We are so glad we did. We will likely come back on our way back to Boston...if we can get a reservation.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We traveled here from TN and we were craving Italian. As foodies that are originally from Chicago, we have high expectations for Italian Cuisine, and Pomelia did not disappoint! Everything we ordered was bursting with flavor—the spicy ragu had the perfect kick, the spaghetti and meatballs were classic comfort food done right, the minestrone soup was cozy and hearty, and the baked haddock was delicate and perfectly seasoned. You can taste the love and authenticity in every bite. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is wonderful, and it feels like a little slice of Italy right here at home. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that makes food with soul!
