Of course the store will gladly take your money and serve you subpar food, but when it comes to time to complain and request a refund, they tell you to contact corporate well after spending $20 in the drive-through on the premises I have to first contact corporate for a refund and walk away with food that’s inedible. I don’t think so. Tried calling and talking to the manager. Epic fail, tried calling corporate who will now start a case and determine if wait for it if they will get me a refund, I’ll be escalating further and higher. They should feel lucky all I was asking for was a refund. And yes, I have the receipt and photos.
