  Best Pollo tropical! Esther has been working for Pollo Tropical for many years and makes this Pollo tropical what it is today! The chicken is always fresh and my order is always made to perfection. Esther makes sure her customers feel welcome and always goes above and beyond! Luis the manager is an outstanding team leader and is a true leader by example! Esther and Luis are always so friendly remembering their regular customers. I will drive out of my way to get the best Pollo experience knowing these true dedicated employees are working so hard to please their customers like me. Esther and Luis thank you for all the years of hard work and dedication to you work!

  Disappointing to be out of every single sauce except barbecue... I came at 9:20 with 3 hours left to close asked for sauce multiple times in the drive thru order windows only for them to accept my order take 15 minutes to service 3 cars ahead of me and tell me that they don't have sauce. Tell me that when I order so I don't have to waste my time at your location. I've worked restaurants before and most sauces were prepared. Maybe with pollo tropical is different but if that's the case you need to order more sauces for the week. Either way this is the 2nd time I've had an issue with sauces at this location. I'll be visiting the location 5 minutes away 14880 SW 31st St, Miramar, FL 33027.

  Had fantastic customer service experience in the drive through with a young man named Elijah. I ordered 3 Tropi chops- heavily customized- and Elijah was very patient with me. He also provided several options for customizing my order, then repeated the order to me to make sure I was getting what I wanted. THANK YOU Elijah. the Tropi chops were delicious

  Got home to find two missing items and one wrong item, not a big deal because it happens. When I went back though, it was pretty demoralizing for a few minutes since no one would try to make eye contact with me to try to give help, though very obviously could see me waiting. I was the only person there. I’ll take “someone will be with you.” I know this is kind of how it is now, but it still sucks. An employee came out from the back, maybe shift leader/manager, and he took care of us right away and remade everything himself. It wasn’t needed but I appreciate the gesture. I know things are tough for everyone. One of my customers told me my company’s customer service was trash yesterday. I get stuff like that on a daily basis. Another one sent me some weird controversial news link. Some just say “MANAGER! ESCALATE THIS! I DONT WANT TO TALK TO YOU I WANT YOUR SUPE”. I don't want to do that. Things are weird and people are weird and we all get worn down snd just want to get home. Thank you sir for caring and everyone there working hard for the last couple of power hours.
