Inspired by its Miami roots and a recipe for fresh 24-hour citrus marinated chicken, Pollo Tropical began offering guests across Florida a creative take on traditional Cuban dishes, as well as foods from other parts of Latin America, over 35 years ago.

Service is fast and efficient, and this particular location is especially well managed. The restaurant is clean, organized, and every staff member is friendly and willing to help. I had the chance to meet the manager, Christian, after a small combo issue, and he handled it perfectly, always with a smile and eager to make things right. Great service and attitude. Definitely one of the best-run Pollo Tropical locations I’ve visited.

The chicken is always fresh and my order is always made to perfection. Esther makes sure her customers feel welcome and always goes above and beyond! I came at 9:20 with 3 hours left to close asked for sauce multiple times in the drive thru order windows only for them to accept my order take 15 minutes to service 3 cars ahead of me and tell me that they don't have sauce. Tell me that when I order so I don't have to waste my time at your location. I've worked restaurants before and most sauces were prepared. Maybe with pollo tropical is different but if that's the case you need to order more sauces for the week. Either way this is the 2nd time I've had an issue with sauces at this location. I'll be visiting the location 5 minutes away 14880 SW 31st St, Miramar, FL 33027.
