I want to say this is the best Pollo Tropical by far that I have been to.I am a frequent customer , however I also am very quick to point out things that went wrong or things that need improvement.I especially know that this management team "listens" and actually corrects problems on the spot So,Thankyou for being attentive.I am proud to call this Polo Tropical my favorite place to eat .Keep up the great work and all their staff is amazing as well
