  Good afternoon, I really do not understand why the management of that place has to have clothes in my hands, I am a very clean person and these things like I do not like them, I am disgusted, I do not know that others would seem normal, but I do not like them, I am very complicated in that part, I only ask please to change this and the girl was a manager, I think.

  Hoy fui a pollo a comer y hiva a poner un comentario positivo pero me detuve a leer los comentarios porq vi algo q me llamo la atención y leí q han puesto comentarios malos sobre la manager de pelo negro no se porq le escriben esas cosas porq para mi es una de las mejor hoy mismo llego a mi mesa y me pregunto amablemente si necesitaba algo si la comida estaba buena y siempre cuando esta ella el lugar está estupendo y hablo en general entonces mi opinión es q ella es estupenda como manager y muy bonita jj su ella está leyendo esto mi consejo es q siga como va y q no se detenga y q esos comentarios no la afecten

  El lugar pudiera estar mas limpio,se nota una limpieza muy superficial,el personal poco atento, no pudiera generalizar pues fui en horario de la tarde-noche pero al menos los que me atendieron no fueron para nada amables, casi rayan en lo brusco, especialmente una chica de cabello negro que debe ser manager pues tiene un uniforme diferente al resto del equipo. La comida es bastante buena ,pero personalmente no pienso regresar. La esencia de Pollo Tropical es buena,solo espero que en el restaurante que al parecer van a abrir en Bradenton contraten mejor personal

  I usually love Pollo Tropical—the staff is always friendly and welcoming. However, last week I encountered a crew leader named Alejandra who was definitely having a bad day. Her attitude came across as disrespectful, and she seemed unhappy to be working. She didn’t give me a moment to think about what I wanted to order, and when I explained how I wanted my food, she didn’t seem happy with the adjustments I requested. Because of this experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

  Today, the soccer team where my son plays became champions. We all decided to go with the whole team, along with families and kids, to eat at this establishment. WOW, I was truly impressed by the flavor of the food and the excellent service they provide. We arrived as a huge crowd all at once, yet they never lost their rhythm. Our orders came out very quickly and efficiently. Without a doubt, going to this place was a total success. Immense thanks to the managers who do such a great job. In the same way, I was very impressed by a manager who was pregnant, and I went over to talk with her, since I saw how attentive she was with the customers, so kind. Right in front of the whole team, she was leading with great responsibility, and without a doubt, they were working as a team. This place is truly very comforting.
