- ESEva Siu4 days ago1.0Drive in was slow, slow,slow. Waited in line a good 20 minutes with about 5 cars ahead of us. When it's our turn to order we start to place our order and the guy says sorry we don't have chicken. Huh? You don't have chicken? Yeah, no right now. If you want, you can wait about 30 minutes for the chicken. This was after waiting a good 20 min or more to place the order. Needless to say we left to another "pollo tropical/chicken on the grill" 🤷 How do you run out of chicken if that's what you're know for? At least hace an employee outside and let people know you ran out of chicken and not waste their time at 9:45 pm. By the way, this is not our first time going to one of their stores and finding out they don't have chicken. That's horrible service.

- KAKevin AyalaOct 6, 20251.0I visited on Sunday, 10/5/25, around 7 PM and had an issue with the cashier at the front. I ordered a Quesadilla Wrap Combo and specified that I wanted fries as my side. I forgot to mention my drink since I was in a bit of a hurry. When I received my food, I noticed my drink was missing. I brought it up to the cashier, and instead of resolving the issue, he just rang me up for a drink and waited for me to pay. I explained that the combo already includes a drink, but he responded, “You are supposed to tell me you wanted a drink.” I was really perplexed because, in my experience, a combo always includes a side and a drink. Thankfully, a friendly lady at the food pickup counter understood the situation and provided the drink that was part of my combo. The cashier at the front clearly needs more training on how combos work, as this caused unnecessary confusion and frustration.

You would expect two identical meals but not tonight. One meal had nice portion of pork and sufficient amount of beans. The second meal was 80% fat and I mean Fat one huge chunk of fat barely any pork. The beans were all juice with very very very little beans. If two identical meals are ordered they should both look the same. If I lived closer I would've without hesitation returned both meals. Someone behind the counter isn't paying attention to detail or just doesn't care. SHAME on your employees for doing this. I will think very very hard about ever returning to this store.......
