- ADAnthony Duke1 day ago1.0Last two times I ordered for a family of four they have forgotten at least one item. When I went back inside the male manager acted annoyed with me that they forgot my quesadilla that I ordered and paid for.
- NCNestor Cedeno1 day ago2.0As a whole, Apollo used to be very good, with a full sauce bar and better sandwiches. But times have clearly changed. This one in particular has seen a major decline in attention. Having to wait for over five minutes in front of the cashier because the manager was too busy dealing with scheduling two employees to give the cashier an override code… The manager should have stopped what she was doing to help the customer first so that the same customer doesn’t get annoyed over a lack of attention. Anyway, kudos to Teresa, the only person who works here that actually does her best to give customer service. Too bad she wasn’t here in this day.
