Just got home and checked my tropical trio and it’s missing the black beans. AFTER I WAITED 10 MINUTES past the window for them. Unacceptable. Would not recommend this Pollo Tropical location.

And I've been waiting. more than 20 minutes from my order...no professional at all i am so mad and I have a baby in the car

Si el servicio de un lugar es malo , para no decir pésimo , no vale de nada que la comida que ofertan sea de buena calidad. Hace unas horas pasamos por el drive trhu del pollo tropical de la avenida coral way y la 70, siempre que vamos ordenamos lo mismo y la atención al cliente nunca ha sido ni de merecer una estrella en un review, pero hoy fue suficiente, pagamos por una comida en la cual no nos dieron ni la porción de arroz , ni la de frijoles (adjunto la foto debajo) , la ensalada ceaser o ha cambiado mucho su formato o ya la sirven como ell@s lo entienden, para no deternos en hablar de la grosería y la falta de respeto al cliente. Enseñen a sus trabajador@s que para ofrecer una buena comida se necesita de un buen servicio ( del cual están bien escasos) , vivimos en Estados Unidos de América, muchas personas de buen corazón queriendo un trabajo digno ,para encontrarse con seres así , que lo único que aportan al lugar es malos tratos y falta de respeto a un client@.
