  Excelente servicio y atención, la comida muy deliciosa . Sin duda volveré de nuevo . Todo estuvo perfecto el ambiente y los sabores exquisitos. El pollo delicioso y el Steak con muy buena textura . Muchas felicidades para los mangers del restaurante y en especial para Isabela demuestró una gran capacidad de liderazgo y un trato excepcional .

  Mi marido y yo visitamos por primera vez, la.comida muy rica, pero la mala cara de la cajera quw nos atendió, eran las 10pm y no barrieron mapiaron los pies, sin contar el ruido de las.sillas al parecer ya querían irse, sin contar que cambiaron la basura de los sustos arriba de nuestra comida, es un lugar que no recomiendo que.vayan a sentarse a comer, seria mejor pedirla por línea, por lo menos yo no voy mas nunca y por último cuando salí el piso estaba mojado y resbale, en fin pésimo el servicio

  I love Pollo Tropical, the last time I was at this location, I went through the drive through and was told that I couldn't customize my tropichop anymore. I had to pick from the menu numbers available... i'm pescatarian, but none of my options were available up there, and a manager had to take over the service because the lady on the register was adamant. First and foremost, restaurants shouldn't be taking away options that don't cost them extra money. Especially ones that make their food more accessible. Second, the woman running the register was downright rude. Thankfully, either a manager or a team lead took over and he was fantastic. I hope that they improve the practices over time.

  Food is usually very good staff leaves much to be desired. There’s always missing items, discrepancy’s or an argument to get what you want. 9/10 times if I want to order an additional side than what comes with my entree or a premium side the staff cannot understand I want it seperate and I have to explain several times what I want. Also always check the bag because they are not afraid to leave out things you’ve paid for.
