Inspired by its Miami roots and a recipe for fresh 24-hour citrus marinated chicken, Pollo Tropical began offering guests across Florida a creative take on traditional Cuban dishes, as well as foods from other parts of Latin America, over 35 years ago.

- MBMichelle BOct 2, 20254.0Never a bad meal here. Love that it's relatively healthy compared to a lot of other fast casual places, not too expensive, decent portions, and the food is consistently good. I love the cilantro garlic sauce too. I could put that stiff on everything!

There might have been a language barrier. He just says okay, and continued to shove the card machine in my face????? Had to ask over 4 times what my total was before he took a second to realize what I was asking over and over. Finally, I paid, got my food and went home (I typically check my order every time before I leave and this time I was in a rush and starving). I get home open the bag, and it wasn’t even my order……
