Then you MUST download the app now to give feedback and request a refund which is not a good thing for people who are not good with phones and technology. So I don't like that for them. But food was fresh, the cashier I forgot her name but African American woman waa so polite, gracious and nice. Food came out pretty quickly. I just had to deal with my daughter complaining about her fries.

Then after they talked, they decided to ask me what I was waiting on, the manager didn’t even apologize she just looked at me and offered a free drink, I just wanted my order. Finally the guy started to prepare my order because they obviously didn’t even have it ready after all this time, and he apologized. Go to a different store, worse customer service.
