Even 10 minutes before closing, the greeting voice coming through the intercom was so polite it truly shocked me in the best way. When I pulled up to the window, I was met with a smile and even more exceptional service. I had to ask her name so I could leave a review—thank you, Consuello (Assistant Manager)! Even though it was just a quick interaction, she completely stood out and made the experience great. She was so kind, patient, and had such a sweet personality. You could really tell she enjoys what she does and cares about the people she’s helping. Consuelo greeted us with such a friendly and positive attitude, and it honestly made the drive-thru feel personal instead of rushed. She double checked our order, made sure everything was right, and did it all with a smile. It’s small things like that which leave a big impression. People like Consuello make a huge difference. she turned a regular food stop into a really pleasant experience. She’s amazing at her job and deserves to be recognized for the way she treats customers. Thank you, Consuello, for being so sweet and making our day brighter!
